Service compatibility
How does it work?
Step 1
Buy a package with the number of hours you need on our client portal or from a manager. If the volume of work is small (1-2 hours), immediately contact technical support without purchasing a package. Before ordering the GigaCloud Admin service, read the Public Offer.
Step 2
Agree with our expert on the scope of work and the number of hours for their performance, then give him the necessary access to your infrastructure.
Step 3
Our experts will make a backup copy of the server and get to work. Once the work is done, make sure that everything is done correctly and agree on its completion.
Step 4
After you accept the work, the hours will be debited from your account and prorated. If the work takes more time than agreed, you do not have to pay for the additional time.
