In case of a disaster or unavailability of the main infrastructure, you can switch to a backup in a few minutes, ensuring uninterrupted operation. At the same time, maintaining inactive backup infrastructure is much cheaper than cloud infrastructure of a similar size.

THE CASE OF
CAPAROL UKRAINE
St. Sophia’s Cathedral, St. Andrew’s Church and Assumption Cathedral of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, modern residential complexes, sports facilities, including the Olimpiyskiy Stadium used Caparol products in their design. The company partially moved to the cloud at the turn of 2014, and since 2016, its entire infrastructure has become virtual. After that, the infrastructure grew 10 times, which would have been difficult to achieve without the cloud.
THE CASE OF THE BANK UKRAINIAN CAPITAL
The bank’s technical experts had two options for data protection: building their own centralised data centre or migrating to the cloud. The client moved 50% of services — mostly business-critical applications — to the cloud. In case of a force majeure in the main centralised data centre, they are quickly restored to the GigaCloud cloud using Veeam Cloud Connect, without affecting the bank’s operation.
